Analysis of procedures on the procedure for determining non-academic behavior in the preparation of written papers

As part of the project on academic integrity, MASA conducted an analysis of the rules for determining plagiarism and the practice of their implementation at the University of Belgrade.

The analysis led us to several conclusions. First, the procedures are complicated, time-consuming and difficult to complete.

Second, the procedures most often get stuck at faculties where deans or ethics commissions or teaching-scientific councils work outside the rules and slow down or stop the procedure for determining non-academic behavior in the preparation of written papers.
